    Hi,

    I purchased AI content but did not receive any credit.

    I tried to disconnect it but still nothing.

    If you have purchased AI content but did not receive any credits, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the credits.

    To check your remaining credits, please visit your Rank Math account area by going to Rank Math > Account > Website or use this URL: Rank Math Account Area.

    If the credit count is correct in your account but not reflecting on your website, you can try disconnecting and reconnecting your Rank Math account. Here’s how you can do it:

    1. Go to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
    2. Disconnect your Rank Math account.
    3. Reconnect your Rank Math account.

    After reconnecting, refresh the credits count in your Content AI settings to ensure it displays the correct amount.

    When I connect to the rankmath account I wrote

    That means that you have consumed 0 credits out of the available 5,000 credits on your account.

    At the moment you seem to have connected to a subfolder domain on your account here: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/

    Please make sure you’ve logged in to the account that you’ve used to purchase Content AI credits.

    Once you’re logged in to the correct account, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.

    We have manually disconnected the website from our end. Now, please try to reconnect your website with your Rank Math account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help and then click on Connect Now.

    Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below. In case you’ve multiple Rank Math licenses associated with your Rank Math account, then you can click the License drop-down to choose your preferred license to activate on this website.

    Also, please make sure that you are running the latest version of Rank Math plugin.
