No connection with Google Search Console

    Dear RankMath-Team,

    first of all, I really like your plugin. I changed from Yoast, because I read a lot of good stuff about you.
    My problem is, that I cannot connect my homepage to your Search Console. Authorization is possible, but my website is not showing there.
    I re-authorized, deactived the whole plugin with a fresh new installation, verifyed again from the webmaster tools, tryed every hint you gave on the recent posts of the last weeks. (Even the troubleshooting didn’t help)

    Can you help to solve this?

    It says that the search console is not authorized.

    Can you please:

    1. Share an authorization code, or
    2. Add s******@r*********** as an owner in your search console for that website so we can try and link it from our account?

    I’ve added this mail-adress to my gsc.

    Do I have to change the site-verification-code in my hosting too, so you can check?
    Or is it just necessary in the options of Rank Math?

    We are sorry but this is going to take much longer than we anticipated.

    When we test our own account on a test website, it links perfectly and shows all the listed websites in the GSC account.

    When we use the same account on your website, none of the websites from our account gets pulled. Which suggests, there is an issue with the website/web host and not the Google account.

    We have tried to diagnose this but fixing it requires a substantial amount of change to the code. This is tricky since only a few percent of the users are getting affected due to this and we are yet to find a pattern.

    I request you to switch to the official Site Kit plugin for now and keep Rank Math search console disabled from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard.

    Once we have an update with the issue fixed, we will notify you.

    We are extremely sorry about this and are doing everything we can to sort this ASAP. We would really appreciate your patience in this matter.

    is that a problem with a RankMath-code or somewhere else where my hoster could fix it?

    But I will keep an eye of this problem.
