I can check that both the non-WWW and the WWW version of your sitemap are returning a 200 status.
Only one version of your sitemap should return the 200 status code and all other versions should be redirected to the preferred version of your sitemap. Once done, please remove all previously submitted sitemaps from your GSC account and resubmit your main sitemap(sitemap_index.xml).

The images from your sitemap are on the image column:
For the category sitemap, it seems to be a conflict from one of your plugins or theme.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
