No analytics data at all

Hello, I’ve opened a ticket some time ago here

but the problem never solved so I’m here without any analytics data and I’ve tried to refetch them without results. I’ve a lot of keywords indexed but nothig does appear in RM. I’d like to buy the business version but I’m not able to check how many keywords are indexed
