We heard back from our developer and he informed us that the actions are failing because of a timeout issue.
To fully debug this and understand if this is happening from our plugin or any other plugin that we can pinpoint we request that you verify the FTP credentials and update those so we can inform him of the same and let you know exactly the issue.
If we find that the issue is with our plugin we’ll fix the issue as well.

We have heard back from our developer, and he says, that the data is now imported but sometimes it takes time. For now, everything is imported. But, in future, if you face some issues then first try to disable Cloudflare, and if it works then check the limits if any exist in Cloudflare.
