No Active Subscriptions

    Hello:
    I have the following issues that could be interrelated.

    1. My account shows that I don’t have an active subscription. In fact, I have Pro. (Please see attached clip “No Active subscription”.
    No Active Subscription
    2. My account shows that two “Websites” with Pro Subscription across it (Please see attached clip “Connected Websites”)
    Not All Websites Showing
    3. I have multiple websites with installed Rank Math and Rank Math Pro.
    4. I see prompts after updating Pro in my websites the following:
    “Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”
    Please help.

    Upon checking your account, it seems that you don’t have any traces of PRO plan transactions. Can you please share your recent receipt from when you purchased our PRO subscription? You may retrieve your receipt from FastSpring.com.
