Please help change my subscription from free to Pro since I do have an active subscription as evidenced by the link in the ticket above. Thank you. I don’t think it’s necessary for me to buy a 2nd version of Rank Math Pro since I’ve already paid for it earlier.
Actually since I have Pro I should be able to get 25 credits. 5 was for the Free version and at the present time I can’t get any credits and I haven’t even used the program before. I’m not happy with the lack of support that I’m getting. Therefore I want a refund on my Rank Math Pro. So that I can get the new Rank Math Pro with Content AI and fix my username correctly so that it shows my “active” subscription instead of the free version.
How to do fix Update Failed?

I’m sure it’s because my account needs to get updated to reflect Pro instead of Free.

You can log in using that ID at https://rankmath.com/my-account/
Alternatively, you can reset your password from the same page as well.
We can also merge your accounts if you prefer. We just need your preferred email ID for that and we will keep only that one active.

Please let me know where I stand with the merge of my account. I have addressed this before, but it looks like nothing has happened because I still only have five credits despite having Rank Math Pro. Don’t know what I’m missing. Is there a correlation between the email address to sign in to WordPress and Rank Math that is causing the problem? Or is that something that’s not related?

When I open a new post it’s showing that I only have 5 credits and I should have 25 credits because I have Rank Math Pro. Please let me know why it’s only showing 5 and how you’re able to fix this so I can use the remaining 22 credits that I’m entitled to use. Thank You.

Please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math Business account.
If you can’t see the remaining credit count here, this is a bug that we are already aware of and we are currently fixing it. For now, please conduct a keyword search through our Content AI metabox and the count should show up.
