We can check that you purchased the PRO subscription on 13th May 2021 and then upgraded it to Business on 8th June 2021. The subscription period doesn’t change on upgrading as you only pay the difference amount on a pro-rata basis. Your subscription has expired on 27th May 2022 and you will have to purchase a new one to continue using the premium features.

Just so I know, there is not a renewal, we have to buy a new subscription each year, is that correct?
Also in the future can I buy multiple years at one time?

1. Could you confirm if you’re from India? If yes, as per the recent RBI guidelines, the renewal subscriptions would not work in India and the subscriptions need to be purchased each year.
For other countries, the automated renewals are working properly.
2. Currently we only have yearly billing subscriptions but you can purchase additional subscriptions and let us know so that we can add that for additional years.

I am not in India, I am in Elberton GA USA. Can you create a invoice so I can pay it and then next year there won’t be this problem. If you look there are two invoices in my account and that is probably why it didn’t renew, I also never received any emails from you about anything.
