    Here on the website it says I have no active subscription, yet I have purchased Rank Math Pro. Please fix this for me. I don’t why I’m getting this error.

    Active Subscriptions
    You have no active subscriptions. Find your first subscription in the store.

    There should be an active subscription for Scott Charleboix with my e-mail P*********@P*************.

    HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I was able to determine that I was using the wrong e-mail address and after using that I was able to upload the new plug-in. However, I noticed that on the online Rank Math (here) I logged in and it still says I have no active subscription. Will you please look into that for me, thanks? I want to be able to ensure that my data is getting fetched and right now it looks like the next fetch is set for the 12th of December. I think that the fetch is every 3 days with Pro, right? Thanks for answering my many questions.
