    Hi guys,

    Here is my order number

    Please can you update my account to show that I have an active subscription with you.

    I have also installed the RankMath plugin on multiple websites but my Dashboard only shows the tradesmansalesandservices.ie website

    Login to your Rank Math PRO account here: https://rankmath.com/my-account/

    Then, please follow the below steps:

    Step 1: Update to the latest version of Rank Math PRO manually: https://rankmath.com/kb/update-rank-math-manually/
    Step 2: Disconnect your account from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help
    Step 3: Reconnect from the same page using the same account you used to make a purchase. Here is a KB to help you along the way as well: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-upgrade-to-rank-math-pro/

    That should fix the issue.

    We checked our servers and the purchase is made using the account linked to d**********@g******** email id.

    The account you used to post this ticket is d**********@f***********, so this is a case of multiple accounts. Could you please let us know if you want to merge both accounts?
