Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with the account name not appearing in the drop-down menu under the Analytics section during setup. This can sometimes happen if the Google Analytics account is not properly connected or if there are issues with the browser being used.
Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this:
- Reconnect Your Google Account: Ensure that your Google account is properly connected to Rank Math. You may need to disconnect and reconnect it.
- Use a Chromium-Based Browser: If you are experiencing issues, try switching to Google Chrome or another Chromium-based browser, as this can sometimes resolve problems with settings not saving or options not appearing.
- Check Google Analytics Setup: Make sure that you have created a Google Analytics property for your website. If you haven’t done this yet, you can do so by visiting Google Analytics and setting up a new property.
- Clear Cache: Clear your browser cache and cookies, then refresh the page to see if the account names appear.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, please reply to this ticket with your site URL, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern!

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
You would need to have a verified Google Analytics and Google Search Console property, if you do not have, please follow the attached link to create one.
To make sure that everything works correctly please go through this article to connect your Google Account with Rank Math properly: https://rankmath.com/kb/connect-your-google-account/
Also, please verify using the URL prefix and ensure that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).

You can follow our guide here to create the URL Prefix property:
https://rankmath.com/kb/google-site-verification/#num-1-1-open-google-search-console
The URL-prefix property also helps keep your sitemap in sync with Google Search Console as we submit it automatically for you. In addition, the domain property won’t work correctly on some sections of the Analytics module such as the IndexStatus.
Let us know how this goes.
Thank you.
