No access to my subscription

    I signed up to the Pro version using w********@a************** and got an email confirmation that it had been paid but when I login to your website with username webmaster1423 there is no record of paying or a subscription to the pro and its been two days now waiting to download and activate the Pro version

    You must have mistyped your email address for the transaction.

    Please share the first and last name you used and the exact date you purchased so we can search it in our system.
