No Access to AI Features, Despite Purchase

    I can’t access the AI features, that you have sold me twice now, by the way. I show the subscription and tonight’s purchase. My website is connected. I have reset the settings in my webpage plugin for Rank Seo. Still, everytime I try to use the AI feature, you keep sending me back your webpage to purchase it yet again. This is really frustrating. What has gone wrong?

    Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

    1. Check Your Subscription: Ensure that your Content AI subscription is active. You can verify this by logging into your Rank Math account and checking your subscription status.

    2. Refresh Credits: Since you mentioned resetting settings, please also try refreshing your credits. You can do this by going to your WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and clicking on the refresh option. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    3. Reconnect Your Account: If the credits still do not reflect correctly, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account. You can do this by navigating to your WordPress admin area → Rank Math → Dashboard → Help, then disconnect and reconnect your account. Here are the screenshots for guidance:

    4. Update Rank Math: Ensure that you are using the latest version of the Rank Math plugin. You can check for updates in your WordPress Dashboard under Plugins.

    We can see the Content AI Starter subscription on your account. In this case, if you’re not able to see the credits on your website, please try to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help:

    After doing so, please try to refresh the credits from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and see if that works for you. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
