It looks like you are using Classic Editor. Assuming you are running WP 5.0+, you might have a Classic Editor or Disable Gutenberg plugin installed that is basically overriding the Block Editor you see in our demo.

Hi we are on the latest version of WordPress Classic Editor and Gutenberg are disabled and we are still having the same problems.
Any suggestions?
Sorry Gutenberk is not disabled we don’t even have option to disable gutenberg because that’s the pre requisite page builder of latest version of wordpress

You need to deactivate the classic editor plugin to be able to edit your posts using the block editor.

The classic editor is deactivated already.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

I do see the Classic Editor plugin deactivated now. Was that the issue?
Did you manage to sort this or does the classic editor show only when you are logged in via your username?
