Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > News Sitemap and make sure that you have selected the Posts in the News Post Type.
Also, Only the posts/pages published in the last 2 days are included in the News Sitemap as per Google’s News Sitemap Guidelines.

Please open the News Sitemap settings under Sitemap Settings of Rank Math.
Next, select the post type under which you publish the news articles. That is, if you publish the news articles under Posts, then select Posts in the News Sitemap settings and save the settings. Here’s a screenshot for a quick reference: https://i.rankmath.com/9mG9SF
With that being said, as News Sitemap is a PRO feature, please share the email ID you used to purchase the PRO subscription of Rank Math.
