Dear Rank Math Support Team, I am reaching out regarding an issue I am experiencing with the Rank Math sitemap functionality on my WooCommerce store. **Issue Summary:** – My sitemap (product-sitemap.xml) is approved in Google Search Console and previously included all existing products. – However, any **new WooCommerce products** I add are **not appearing in the product sitemap**. – Currently, the only new entry appearing in the sitemap is the **Shop page**. **Steps Taken So Far:** 1. Verified that new products are **Published**, **Public**, and **not set to Noindex** in the Rank Math Advanced tab. 2. Confirmed that **Product sitemap is enabled** in Rank Math → Sitemap Settings → Products. 3. Cleared all site and server caches, including any CDN caching. 4. Flushed permalinks by going to **Settings → Permalinks → Save**. 5. Attempted toggling **Include in Sitemap** OFF → Save → ON → Save. 6. Verified permalink structure is now set to **Post name**, to ensure clean URLs. **Current Behavior:** – Old products still appear correctly in the sitemap. – Newly added products do not appear, even after following all recommended steps. **Request:** I would greatly appreciate your assistance in diagnosing and resolving this issue so that all new WooCommerce products are automatically included in the sitemap. If there is a known bug, a configuration adjustment, or a recommended filter/snippet to enforce this behavior, I would be grateful for your guidance. For reference, my website is: hunters-horizon.com ` Thank you very much for your time and support. I look forward to your guidance. Kind regards,

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with new WooCommerce products not appearing in your sitemap. Thank you for providing a detailed summary of the steps you’ve already taken; this helps us understand your situation better.

Here are a few additional things you can check:

    1. Check Product Visibility: Ensure that the new products are set to Public and not set to Private or Draft. Sometimes, products may appear published but still have visibility settings that prevent them from being indexed.

    2. Sitemap Settings: Double-check the settings under Rank Math → Sitemap Settings → Products to ensure that the option to include products in the sitemap is enabled.

    3. Product Categories and Tags: If your new products are assigned to specific categories or tags, ensure that those categories/tags are also included in the sitemap settings.

    4. Custom Canonicals: If you have set custom canonical URLs for your new products, they may not appear in the sitemap. Rank Math includes self-referencing canonicals by default, so consider removing any custom canonicals for these products.

    5. Plugin Conflicts: Sometimes, other plugins can conflict with Rank Math. You can use the Health Check plugin to troubleshoot any potential conflicts.

    6. Check for Errors: Look for any errors in your Google Search Console related to the sitemap or the new products. This might give you more insight into what could be going wrong.

If after checking these points the issue persists, we recommend replying to this ticket with any additional details or errors you might find, and a human agent from our support team will take over and assist you further.

Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to resolving this issue for you!
