New Version Keyword Issue

#1116385
  • Hello

The most recent update caused some posts to no longer recognize that keywords were set. In the main post dashboard of WP it would read N/A. I tried clearing cache and other fixes but nothing helped, so I rolled back to the previous version and those posts now have a green light again and the correct SEO scoring. I just wanted to bring this to your attention so that a future update can have this resolved. Thank you.

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the recent update of Rank Math. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It seems that the SEO scores for your posts were not being calculated correctly, which can happen if the focus keywords were imported from another SEO plugin or if the scoring algorithm did not run for those posts.

To resolve this issue in the future, you can try recalculating the SEO scores for your published posts by following these steps:

    1. Go to WordPress DashboardRank Math SEOStatus and ToolsDatabase Tools.
    2. Click on the Recalculate Scores option.

    Update SEO Scores

This will trigger Rank Math to recalculate the SEO scores for your posts where the focus keyword is set. Please keep your browser open until the process completes.

If you continue to experience issues after updating again, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further. Thank you for your understanding!

I tried to recalculate scores with no avail. The system simply read the posts as having no assigned keyword but they do.
