  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with Google not indexing your new URLs. It’s great to hear that they are being indexed by Bing, but we understand how important it is for your content to be visible on Google as well.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the indexing issue:

    1. Double Check That Your URL Definitely Hasn’t Been Indexed: Use the Google search bar to check if your URL is indexed by entering site:your-url (e.g., `site:https://rankmath.com/kb/crawled-currently-not-indexed/). If it appears in the results, it is indexed.

    2. Ensure Your Post Does Not Have the Noindex Attribute: Check your post settings in WordPress to ensure that the "noindex" attribute is not set for this URL.

    3. Check Your WordPress Global Settings: Make sure that your global settings in WordPress do not prevent search engines from indexing your site.

    4. Ensure Your Robots.txt Rules Allow Your Website To Be Indexed: Verify that your robots.txt file does not block Google from crawling your site.

    5. Use the URL Inspection Tool in Google Search Console: This tool can provide insights into why your URL might not be indexed. If it shows "Crawled – currently not indexed," it may indicate a site-wide quality issue or other factors affecting indexing. You can find more information about this here.

    6. Manual Indexing Request: If everything seems fine, you can request indexing through the URL Inspection Tool in Google Search Console.

If you continue to experience issues after checking these points, please reply to this ticket with any specific errors or messages you see in Google Search Console, and a human agent from our team will assist you further.

Thank you for raising this concern!

    Hello,

We checked the URL you’ve shared, but were not able to find any issues that may prevent this from being indexed on Google:

However, please note that it is completely normal for newly published posts/pages to take time before they get crawled or indexed by Google. It depends on a lot of factors. Your posting frequency + the domain authority are just two of the many factors Google considers when indexing new URLs.

Google assigns a crawl budget to your website depending on these factors (especially these two) and that has a direct effect on how soon or how late your content can get indexed.

In case you face the issue for a long time, you can check your Google Search Console Page Indexing report to determine any issues reported on your site: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/7440203?hl=en

You can share the error message or take a screenshot using this tool and add the link here so we can check as well.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.
