  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with your sitemap and the indexing of your new URLs. It seems like there might be a technical glitch affecting how your sitemaps are being generated or accessed.

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Check Sitemap Configuration: Ensure that your sitemap is correctly configured. You can validate your sitemap using the Validate XML Sitemap tool to check for any issues.

    2. Ensure Posts Are Set to Index: Make sure that your posts are set to index. You can do this by going to Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta and ensuring the Index checkbox is enabled for your posts.

      Index Titles and Meta settings

    3. Check for Plugin Conflicts: Sometimes, other plugins can conflict with Rank Math. You can use the Health Check plugin to identify any potential conflicts.

    4. Flush Cache: If you are using a caching plugin, try flushing the cache and excluding the sitemap from being cached. This can help resolve issues where outdated versions of the sitemap are being served.

    5. Review Robots.txt: Ensure that your robots.txt file is not blocking access to your sitemaps. You can check this in Rank Math SEO → General Settings → robots.txt.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, we recommend replying to this ticket with any additional details or errors you may be encountering, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.

Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention!

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting support.

Sorry for the delay in response as the messages you sent here in the ticket were all pending moderation and as such didn’t enter the queue of tickets.

We have gone ahead and approved your reply so our team can see your ticket in the queue.

Back to your issue, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    No update yet.

Will this issue be fixed or would I have to wait for fewer days

Its better to leave RankMath and give negative reviews if you cannot fix the problem and takes so many hours to reply

    Hello,

We deeply apologize for the unexpected delay in response. This ticket has been stuck in our drafts section for some reason.

We tried to check your website, but it is returning a 403 error:

    null

If you’re using any geo-blocking, please try to whitelist or open access to countries India, Bangladesh, Portugal, Nigeria, and the Philippines so that we can investigate this issue further for you.

Or you can share any whitelisted country name so that we can set this on VPN.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

We don’t implement any blocks against these countries. If you are using a VPN it may be the VPN itself being blocked. Can you provide me with the IP currently in use please?

    Hello,

Our team is distributed around the world, and we use dynamic IPs, so even if you whitelist one particular IP now, when we get back to the ticket, our IP might already have changed.

So, whitelisting a particular IP won’t help much.

In this case, you can whitelist or open access to countries we have previously shared. Alternatively, you can share which country you are in so we can set a VPN to use that and access your site.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    India

    Hello,

When we attempt to check for plugin/theme conflict using troubleshooting mode, the relative URLs are gone, but no plugin is detected to be the cause.

This implies one of the plugins on your site is responsible, but the troubleshoot mode does not help isolate it. You will have to deactivate the plugins one after the other with Rank Math active and checking the sitemaps concurrently, till you identify the source of the conflict.

We could not proceed with doing that since you gave access to a live site. If you are unable to pinpoint the source of the problem, please create a staging site and share its access with us.

You can follow this guide to create a staging site: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-staging-environment-for-a-wordpress-site/

We look forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

Disabled plugin and yet there are issues

Can’y it be solved without using staging website?

This is the error I found and it is due to the RankMath. What SHould I do know?

The origin file is class-analytics-common.php (line 96), I can neither confirm or deny any relation to the noted issue but it doesn’t appear to be related.

There is no object caching on the Shared Hosting platform. If you wish to purge and temporarily disable CDN caching you can do so by enabling ‘Development Mode’ via the ‘Edge Cache’ page.
