    Please ensure that you have selected a post type to be included in your news sitemap:

    news sitemap

    If the issue persists, please follow these steps:

    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

    The News Sitemap is a feature of the PRO version but your account is only a Free subscription.

    Could you please share the email address you used to purchase the PRO subscription?
