New setup issues

#996726
  • Hello, we’re trying out the free version of Rank Math on our website. So far we have set everything up according to documentation (linked Rank Math account, connected Google Console) but are still experiencing some issues.

    1. Analytics not refreshing frequently enough: we would regularly run into an issue where analytics graphs would show no data for a period of time (usually a few days) as no data was being fetched
    2. Under Rank Math analytics, the date filter (top right) doesn’t seem to work. No matter what we select (7 days, 30 days, etc.), the statistics will not update to reflect actual data from that time period
    3. Under Rank Math SEO performance, the content table can’t be sorted. We’re not sure whether this feature has been removed or reserved for the PRO version, however according to this resource it was available at some point: https://rankmath.com/kb/analytics/#data-sorting

We’ve attached a few screenshot that demonstrate each point here: https://imgur.com/a/duBw74s

    Appreciate your support!
