New rankmath issues sitemap

We apologize for the issues you are facing with the sitemap after the new update. It sounds like there may be a few things to check to resolve the 4xx and 5xx errors as well as the timeouts.

1. Flush Permalinks: Sometimes, simply flushing the permalinks can resolve sitemap issues. You can do this by going to your WordPress admin area, navigating to Settings → Permalinks, and clicking the “Save Changes” button, even if you didn’t make any changes. This often resolves 404 errors related to the sitemap.
   

2. Check Server Configuration: If you are using an Apache or Nginx server, ensure that the appropriate rewrite rules are in place. For Apache, you can add the following to your .htaccess file:

3. Check for Plugin Conflicts: Sometimes, other plugins can conflict with Rank Math. You can use the Health Check plugin to identify any potential conflicts.

4. Caching Issues: Ensure that any caching plugins are disabled while troubleshooting, as they may interfere with the sitemap functionality.
