I have checked your sitemap and it is updating correctly, please add an exclusion list on your caching settings to prevent the sitemap from being cached.
Meanwhile, you can refresh the sitemap by doing the following:
1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks
Hit the save button once.
2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings
Hit the save button once.

But my new post is not included in site map .i did the steps what you have mentioned but still not available…appriciate if you help me.

Why you guys suggest always suggest goto permalink and hit save
Goto RM sitemap section hit save
I guess this is not a solution. bcoz of this silly reason I have disabled RM sitemap and started using Google Sitemap. If I am not getting any error with that then I have to look for an alternative plugin.

We always suggest it because it forces the sitemap to regenerate so if you had any issue with it, it will be generated again crawling all the URLs again.
If in that case the issue is solved, everything is fine and if doing that doesn’t solve the issue, it means the issue is another like a plugin conflict.
