I see that the the subscription renewed. The problem is, this pro subscription was purchased for a client and they are no longer my client – but their card was used to purchase on their behalf. They have a separate account as well. Also, because this was in California – they were supposed to be notified, and they were not. I have cancelled the subscription, but they are telling me that they are going to do a chargeback, so I asked them to wait while I reached out to RankMath. Please let me know once the Pro has been cancelled for this year, and their $199 has been refunded.
