For the 404 pages, please enable the 404 monitor module in Rank math and redirect those URLs.
Duplicate pages/Alternate pages with proper canonical means Google found those pages to be duplicate of others but by following the canonical URL, they were crawled but not indexed.
Blocked by robots.txt/ Excluded by noidnex tag is for URLs that you don’t wish crawled and therefore you have marked them as noindex or disallowed Google from crawling.
Some pages crawled but not indexed just means that Google has already identified the pages but they are yet to be added to the SERPs.
With that being said, the only issue there is the Error 5xx wich means the URLs in under that are unreachable because of server related issues. You should check on those URLs.
