I’d suggest you to use SEO Analysis for your website and please address the issues detected there.
Please note that installing a plugin doesn’t and can’t instantly or magically lead to improved search engine rankings. Ranking on search engines like Google depends on so much more than just on-page optimization. You could have the “perfect” content, and still, struggle to make it to the top 10 results in SERPs (search engine results pages).
