N/A error

    Hello!

I’m experiencing an issue with the Score display (N/A) in the WordPress page views.

It works correctly on the same website and from the Rank Math SEO panel. The error only occurs in the page view.

I have applied all the suggested solutions from the documentation, but none have worked. However, I noticed that the issue is temporarily resolved when I go to “Quick Edit” and click “Update” without making any changes. After this step, everything displays correctly, but the error reappears when the page is refreshed.

If it helps, I’m using Elementor as the page builder, and this error only occurs on some pages, while others function correctly.

I hope you can help me with this problem. Thank you!

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the SEO score displaying as N/A on your WordPress page views. Thank you for providing detailed information about the problem.

The N/A score can occur for several reasons, including:

    1. Focus Keyword Not Set: If a focus keyword is not set for the post/page, Rank Math cannot calculate the SEO score.
    2. Post Is Set to No Index: If the post is set to No Index, Rank Math will not display an SEO score since it’s not expected to be indexed in search results.
    3. Imported Focus Keywords from Other SEO Plugin: If you migrated from another SEO plugin, the focus keywords may not have been properly analyzed by Rank Math yet.

Since you mentioned that the issue temporarily resolves when you use "Quick Edit" and click "Update," it suggests that there might be a caching issue or a problem with how Elementor interacts with Rank Math on those specific pages.

Here are a few steps you can try:

    • Clear Cache: If you are using any caching plugins, clear the cache and see if that resolves the issue.
    • Check Elementor Settings: Ensure that there are no specific settings in Elementor that might be affecting how Rank Math operates on those pages.
    • Recalculate SEO Scores: You can also try recalculating the SEO scores through the Database Tools in Rank Math. Navigate to Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools → Database Tools, and use the Recalculate Scores option.

If you have already tried these steps and the issue persists, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will take over and assist you further. We’re here to help!
