My websites are not connected to my account (I think?)

    Hello, I have two websites: “buriedtreasure” and “chasingdementia.” The actual URLS are in the sensitive data section below. In my WordPress dashboards, RankMath Pro shows as active — for both websites. This is accurate. But when I log into the RankMath website, my account does not show either website.

    I believe that I originally purchased RankMath for “chasingdementia” while I was still using Yoast (free) for my “buriedtreasure” site. Then I added “buriedreasure” to RankMath after upgrading to RankMath Pro.

    Can you straighten this out for me? My preference would be for “buriedtreasure” to be my primary account, but that isn’t how I signed up with you, so if it can’t be changed, that’s understandable.

    If it’s possible to re-arrange my accounts that way, I’d really prefer that. If not, can you at least activate both accounts so they show up on your website?

    Let me know how to proceed. I hope to be more active in my blogging next year and I’m trying to tidy up with that in mind. Thank you very much.

    I’ve checked your account, and the Rank Math PRO was applied to your email address info@*****.

    To fix this issue, we can merge both of the accounts so you can consolidate all of your sites. To continue, please confirm which email address you want to retain/prefer.

    I am very sorry for such a delay in responding to you! (I will blame our holidays for that, and that I missed your email.) I would like to use the info@*** as the primary email for my RankMath Pro account, and hope that will solve my concern. Again, my thanks and apology for delaying.
