The above is the bing search which showed that my website has an unauthorized access.
However, I discovered that W3 total cache is not compatible with your instant indexing plugin as it could not allow me to index my new articles and the instant indexing plugin was outputting “error undefined” until I uninstalled the W3 total cache before the plugin started working.
I hope the W3 Total cache is not the one causing the same issue with Bing search results.

I checked your site as Bingbot and it is able to crawl the site without any issues. It seems like it is showing an old version of the title and description. Please make sure that you don’t have a firewall enabled and wait for Bing to crawl the page again.
The issue should be resolved after the next crawl. And you should get in touch with the W3 Total Cache support if their plugin was causing issues with the Instant Indexing.
