I checked your sitemap, it is returning a blank page.
Please follow these steps:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
Once done, clear the website cache, remove the sitemaps from the Search Console and add sitemap_index.xml again.
Then wait for Google to recrawl the website and the sitemap and index the pages.
Please note that it is completely upto Google if they want to index or not index your website. So, if you haven’t willingly or accidentally made your posts noindex and Google still isn’t indexing your page – it means that either Google doesn’t want to index or hasn’t crawled your page yet because it hasn’t allocated that much crawl budget to your website.

I added 2 new screenshots in the Sensitive Data which shows my Sitemap is being indexed prior to before I submitted this ticket.
May I ask where you saw a blank page on the sitemap?
And I’ve followed the steps you mentioned and resubmit my sitemap

I can check that your sitemap is working fine now. And all other settings like robots.txt file, Schema of your posts, and robots meta tag of your posts also seem fine.
So all you have to do now is to wait for Google to crawl your sitemap again and index new URLs. The issue should be resolved once Google crawls your sitemap again.
