My website not connected with AI content Subscription

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with connecting your website to your AI content subscription. To connect your website, please follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to your WordPress Dashboard.
    2. Go to Rank Math SEO > Help.
    3. Click on the Connect Now button.
      Click Connect Now
    4. Sign into the Rank Math account that contains your Content AI credits. If you have multiple licenses, select the appropriate one from the License dropdown menu and click OK, ACTIVATE NOW.
      Click Ok Activate Now
    5. Ensure that the Content AI module is enabled by going to Rank Math SEO > Dashboard > Modules.
      Enable Content AI
    6. Finally, head over to Rank Math SEO > General Settings > Content AI, and click the Refresh icon to update your connection.
      Click the Refresh icon

    If you continue to experience issues after following these steps, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    We have manually disconnected the concerned website from our end. When you log in to your website now you should see it disconnected from your account.

    Please reconnect it by clicking the “Connect now” link in the warning message and check if the credits are available by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Content AI.
