It is really weird since we don’t have any other reports about that happening. First of all, to recover access to your website, try disabling the plugins (like explained here: https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/).
Once you are able to log in, I recommend you to enable every plugin one by one until you find which one is causing that issue. If you find it is Rank Math, let us know and we will continue helping you on this to fix the issue.
