Can you please check if “Media Robots Meta” is set to “No Index”?
If so, please set it to “Index”: 
After that, please submit the Sitemap to Google and see if the images are getting indexed.

media robot meta option not showing in attachment tab instead it says-to configure attachment related meta tags disable attachment redirection to parent. (Here is Screenshot)
But in sitemap created by rank math it shows the number of images uploaded in the article (Here is Screenshot)
THE Problem is that image is showing in sitemap but not listing in google image search somehow. I tried to search using (site:www.samastipurtown.com) in google image search and found none of my images from past few months articles are there.

if you look closely you will find out that only articles with YouTube video link inside are showing there.Images in screenshot uploaded by you are thumbnails of those videos (feature image of article still not showing).
Other articles without youtube video link inside are not showing.

Furthermore, ‘Indexing’ something indicates that Google is including that item in its own search results for whatever reason. Google seldom indexes all of your photos for the same reasons that it rarely indexes all of your web pages. You can check this article for additional insight.
