My VAT ID is not being verified

    Hi,

    My company is located in Thailand, and when I enter the VAT ID into the checkout, it says that the VAT ID could not be verified. I don’t want to pay VAT since I have the VAT id so how can this issue be fixed so I Can subscribe?

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with the VAT ID verification. If you are receiving an error message when entering your VAT ID, we recommend that you first disable any Proxy or VPN service on your computer, as these can interfere with the verification process.

    Once you have done that, please navigate to the top-right corner of the checkout page and select the correct region and country where your business is registered. After that, try entering your VAT ID again.

    If the problem persists, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

    Sorry, but I don’t want to remove the VPN, and I am not in Thailand now. If you cannot accept users switching the payment method to their currency and then verifying the VAT according to the country they select, why would making it such a hassle for people? A checkout is supposed to be smooth and convenient and not a math exam.
