In that case, we recommend asking your hosting provider to whitelist the following IPs to ensure our SEO Analyzer tool can access your site:
46.30.212.200
46.30.212.201
46.30.212.202
46.30.212.203
Please let us know once that’s done so we can recheck the connection.

We’ve already tried these steps, they won’t whitelist IPs on a shared hosting environment.
We have another 3 sites running the Analyzer (on the same shared platform) and these all work fine.
Can you please reset the API for this account – it was previously connected to my business partner’s RankMath account and I am certain there is an issue with the connection, as it continues to say connected June 2024.
