Regarding your issue, please note that we do not refund renewals and we send an email notification 7 days before auto-renewing any subscription plan, You can find more information about this on our FAQ page. However, we understand your situation and we have forwarded your request to our billing team. They will review your case and we’ll get back to you shortly.

Excuse me, but I did not receive any generated email with 7 days notice of the auto renew. The last email I received prior to the successful payment on November 11, 2023, was the original email when I purchased it one year prior – November 11, 2022.
I have to insist that you refund me the auto-renewal. I was NEVER notified of the upcoming charge, and to be frank, and if i was, I would have cancelled the subscription. This is not the right way for Rank Math to do business.

As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.
If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.
For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those PRO files in the member area on Rank Math.
