My subscription seems to have disappeared

To check if your Rank Math account has an active subscription, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Rank Math account dashboard.
2. From the left sidebar, select Subscriptions to check the current status of your Rank Math subscription.
   
3. Ensure that you are using the latest version of the Rank Math PRO plugin by checking under WordPress Dashboard → Plugins.
   

If your dashboard still shows a FREE account or if you are unable to find your subscription, please ensure that you have logged in with the correct email address used for the purchase. If the email addresses do not match, you will need to contact our support team to merge both accounts or change the email connected to your PRO plan.
