My subscription is not recognised in my WordPress

    Hi There, I am trying to update my pro plugin for my Zumedica website that shows as a linked website in my Rank Math dashboard. However, when I try and update the plugin within my Zumedica WordPress dashboard it states I do not have an active subscription. Please see image attached.
