Regarding your second question, you do not need to download the sitemap manually. Rank Math automatically generates a sitemap for you, and you can submit it directly to Google Search Console using the following steps:
- Sign in to Google Search Console using the account connected to your website.
- Navigate to Sitemaps and enter
sitemap_index.xml in the "Add a new sitemap" field.
- Click on Submit to submit your sitemap.
This way, Google will always have the latest version of your sitemap without needing to upload any files manually.

It works. The sitemap.xml is displaying correctly now and just submitted to Google console https://flashjobsapp.com/sitemap_index.xml
The Health Check plugin didn’t help. Instead i had to deactivate Page Optimisation plugin and re-activate. The earlier settings of that plugin made the sitemap_index.xml
