Could you please confirm whether you’ve enabled the sitemap module from your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard, and then the individual sitemaps from Rank Math > Sitemap Setting?

If the sitemaps are already enabled and you’re still unable to access them, then please follow the steps mentioned below:
1. Flush your permalinks, to do this, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Settings > Permalinks, and hit the Save Changes button. https://i.rankmath.com/XFClBB
2. Under your WP admin area > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings, click on the Save Changes button. https://i.rankmath.com/MMpDGi
