My Rank Math Pro subscription has disappeared?

    Hi,
    My rankmath Pro subscription has somehow magically disappeared. It is supposed to be for renewal in nov 2021. I can´t update the plugin. What has happened?

    You seem to have opened this ticket with a Free Rank Math account.

    Please login to your Rank Math account with the email you purchased your subscription at https://rankmath.com/my-account/

    Then, Go to WordPress dashboard > Rank Math dashboard > Help > Connect to your Rank Math PRO account.

    Then update the PRO plugin.
