I have checked your sitemap using the Sitemap Validation Tool and it appears to be working perfectly.

I logged in to your website and added this filter to the theme’s functions.php
file:
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');
The sitemap is working fine, however, two variations of the sitemap are returning 200 status, you can check using https://httpstatus.io/:

Please ensure that only 1 version of the sitemap is working (200 status), and the rest are redirecting to it.
Please follow the steps in this link:
https://rankmath.com/kb/couldnt-fetch-error-google-search-console/#5-check-for-the-correct-version-of-the-sitemap and redirect to the correct version.
Then, clear the website cache and resubmit the sitemap_index.xml
in the Search Console.

We deeply apologize for the issue that you are facing.
I tried running a troubleshooting mode to see if there are other plugins or your current theme that is conflicting with Rank Math’s sitemap but it seems it trigger a clearing of cache and when I turned off the troubleshooting mode, the sitemap is now working.

After a couple of minutes, the issue comes back again and your sitemap is 404.
Are you able to create a staging website for us to deeply debug the issue? If so, please create one, replicate the issue there and share the admin login here so we can further determine what’s causing this issue.

I have tried to create a staging website but it’s not working properly I have taken a full backup of my website so if you want you can create a staging website.

No No No my issue is not resolved, I am told you since day one the site map is only working for some time after that its started to show 404 errors again and again. Did you cant see what Jeremy said. If my issue is resolved then I will close the ticket.

I dont know what else to show you that will prove that my site map is not working. Sometimes rank math sends someone who understands my issue like Jeremy and most of the time sends people who just check the sitemap and tell it’s working. I think I just change the plugin.

When this happens intermittently it means that the sitemap is being cached somewhere on your installation.
Make sure that you have everything correctly set up on your performance plugin, Cloudflare, and server configuration file according to this tutorial: https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
After you’ve done the steps for all if you still see the problem please get in touch with your hosting provider and ask if there’s any sort of server caching being applied here.
When we try to load the sitemap the first time it comes up just fine so we can’t replicate this situation from our end.
