Hello ,
Please I need help with rank math is no longer showing data for last 4 days
-
Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with Rank Math not showing data for the last four days. This can happen for a few reasons. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
-
Check Google Analytics Connection: Ensure that your Google Analytics is properly connected to Rank Math. You can verify this in the Rank Math settings under Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics.
-
Measurement ID: Make sure that the Google Analytics tracking code is correctly implemented on your site. You can check for the presence of the measurement ID (G-XXXXXX) in the source code of your website. If it’s missing, you may need to add it manually or enable the option to install the Analytics code through Rank Math.
-
Self-Hosted Option: If you are using the self-hosted option for analytics, please note that live tracking will not occur, and it may take 24 to 48 hours for data to be processed. You can check this setting under Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics.
-
Rebuild Index: If you notice any discrepancies in the data, you might want to rebuild the index for analytics. Go to Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools → Database Tools and click on Rebuild Index for Analytics.
If you have checked all these settings and are still experiencing issues, please reply to this ticket with your site URL so that a human agent from our support team can assist you further.
Thank you for raising this concern, and we hope to resolve it quickly!

Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
I did all the suggested tricks , but its not working
Hello,
Thank you for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Please follow the steps below to fetch updated data from Google:
1. Head over to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Tools & Status > Database Tools and click the
Rebuild Index
button. This is the first process before you will update the data manually.Ensure that you have enabled advanced mode to see the Database Tools tab.
2. After that, head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics tab, click the
Delete Data
button and then click theUpdate Data Manually
3. This will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
4. Once the process is complete. Please re-check the Analytics page and all the data should be showing up correctly.
Following the above steps should fix the issue.
You can refer to this guide for reference: https://rankmath.com/kb/zero-search-traffic-error/
However, if it does not, please check if there is a pending Scheduled Action by heading over to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending or you can try visiting the following URL:
https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending
Then Run the
rank_math/analytics/data_fetch
scheduled action and wait for the data fetch to complete. This is how it should look like:
Once done, please allow Rank Math a while to fetch data from Google, and you should be able to see the updated data.
You might see other actions that are scheduled to RUN as well; it is quite normal, and you don’t have to worry.
Let us know how that goes.
Thank you.

It seems that you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you used to open this ticket is a free account.
Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?
2. Please follow the steps below to delete old analytics data and start a fresh import on your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database tool tab:
After rebuilding the analytics index of posts, go to Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics, and under “Analytics Database”, click “Update Data Manually”.
Your analytics data should be updated to the latest after that.
Looking forward to helping you.
