Hi,
I am unable to attach a screenshot here but have emailed it.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
I’ve checked some of your products, and they seem to use the default product title you have set in Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Product
Could you please share the screenshots in the sensitive data section as well? You can use this tool and share the link to investigate further.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Thanks for getting back.
I checked and all the products have
%title% %sep% %sitename%
as their SEO title. You have set the same in the global settings for products in the Titles & Meta. Can you please share some screenshots of the issue so we can check and assist you further? You can use https://imgbb.com/ to share the screenshots.
We really look forward to helping you.
Hi, We seem to be missing each other. I have attached the screenshots twice now. Unless I’m doing this incorrectly. Is is possible to continue with this ticket over email?
See screenshots I’ve attached to the link you provided:

https://ibb.co/Cwf4r2bI’m new to SEO so it’s possible I’ve misunderstood. Is is possible for you to demonstrate why you think all is setup ok. Are you able to send me a couple screenshots to clarify.
Thanks,
NishaHello,
Thanks for getting back.
I checked your site and the SEO title is reflecting the same as you have set in the Global Settings:
If it isn’t working for you then please share the login info of your user account so we can check if there is some issue related to the affiliate user role that you are using for your account.
We really look forward to helping you.
I have made the RankMath user profile an affiliate as well. Please logon again to see if you have the same issue.
Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
I visited your website’s admin area and I was able to replicate the issue.
Upon investigating, I found that the “Rey Core by Ray Theme” plugin is causing the issue and restricting the SEO title to load properly.
Please have a look at the screencast in the sensitive data section of this ticket.
Please get in in touch with the developers of the “Rey Core by Ray Theme” plugin as they might already have a solution for the issue and they would be in a better position to assist you.
Hope that helps.
Thank you.
So it has nothing to do with the YITH Affiliate plugin? Remember you were only able to replicate the problem once I changed your profile to an affiliate.
Just trying to understand. I will contact the Theme developer as well and let him know your findings.
Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
Under my troubleshooting, as you can see in the screencast that I shared previously, I disabled all the plugins and then enabled only WooCommerce and Rank Math, the issue was not replicated.
Further, as I enabled “Rey Core by Ray Theme”, the issue appeared.
However, I again tested by enabling all the plugins except “Rey Core by Ray Theme”, the titles loaded without any issues, but upon activating the above plugin, the issue appeared.
I’ve added another screencast in the sensitive data section.
Hope that helps.
Thank you.
