    good morning. why i can’t update the pro plugin? it seems that my purchase does not appear!?! can you give me support? thank you

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    It seems that you haven’t purchased the PRO version using this account. Could you confirm if you have used the same email in your account upon purchasing? You should receive then an email about your purchase details.

    Can you please update the Rank Math plugins to the latest versions?
    https://rankmath.com/changelog/
    and then please follow these steps:
    1. Ensure that you are logged in to your Rank Math account:
    connect
    2. Disconnect and reconnect your account from inside WordPress:
    disconnect

    but that’s the problem. Dashboard and support page don’t recognize my pro version

    I’ve checked your purchase, and it seems that the email in the Sensitive Data section is the one you used to make the purchase. You can log in to your new Rank Math account using that email ID.

    If you wanted to merge that account to your current account, please let us know and we will process it for you.
