Hi, I had just installed rank math, and my sitemap seems to be generated fine except post-sitemap.xml. I had try to clear all cache but it is still now working.

Hello,
Thank you for getting in touch and I am extremely sorry about the trouble this might have caused.
Please check the following:
1. Make sure the post is not selected as ‘noindex’ in WP > Posts > Your Post > Advanced Tab in Rank Math.
Screenshot:2. Ensure that the noindex is not selected for Global or Posts meta:
3. Check the sitemap settings and check if the posts are setup to be included in the sitemaps:
Let us know if any this resolves your issue and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Hi, I checked all three.
1) Post is selected to be indexed.
2) Post Robots Meta is set to be indexed as well.
3) Post is enabled to be included in sitemap. But my post sitemap is still showing nothing.
Thanks.
Hello,
In that case we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
I checked your sitemap it is not actually blank. If you right click and check the page source you will see it has your URLs included(check the screencast in the sensitive section). I noticed you do have cloudfare, please add rules to exclude your sitemap URLs from being cached then clear your cache and resave our permalinks & Sitemap Settings. You can then test your sitemap in a private browser and let us know.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Hi, I have added a rule to exclude cloudflare from caching the xml, and disable all caches. But result is still the same, I attached a screenshot (sensitive section) and it shows some rendering error for the post sitemap? What is the error about?
Hello,
Since you are using nginx, have you added the code we give you at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings?
It looks like when we set the links per sitemap limit to 11 – the sitemap works fine but doesn’t work when we increase the limit.
Hi, do you mean the rewrite rules for nginx? If yes, it is added to my nginx config already. Main sitemap works fine but not the post sitemap.
Hello,
I checked your Sitemap in Firefox and I saw 1 image caption is causing this issue. I tried to disable the Include Images in the Sitemap option but for some reason, it didn’t work. The Sitemap was still showing the images data. Can you also add your site’s FTP access details in the Sensitive Data Section so we can debug this issue by editing some plugin files? Also, please confirm the Server cache are not enabled on your site.
Looking forward to helping you.
