Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Request are usually files you include on your page, this may contain tags, images and etc. You can reduce this number of requests on your page as they affect the loading speed of the page.
You can refer to this detailed guide to optimize the website: https://mythemeshop.com/blog/wordpress-speed-optimization/
I hope this helps. Looking forward to helping you.
The score is not bad in tests and I have the necessary plugins for caching and CSS minimization, etc. Why does he say there are 62 requests? Maybe there is a problem somewhere but I don’t know exactly where.
Which page exactly does it refer to? Homepage or at all in general?
I add the videos in embed mode with iframe code, like this:
<iframe width=”600″ height=”480″ src=”//mixdrop.sx/e/7rde8evjs3pdq3″ scrolling=”no” frameborder=”0″ allowfullscreen=”true”></iframe>
And so sometimes mixed: https://mixdrop.sx/e/7rde8evjs3pdq3 is embedded code but without iframe.
Because the first option is the normal link, and I have to add them in the embed:

Can someone help me with a solution?
Thanks!
Hello,
The Page Objects test is for your homepage. It is not recommended to use embedded objects such a Maps and video iframes since this will hurt your SEO and give link juice to the site that you are embedding from. It is recommended to replace any embeds with HTML5 alternatives. Here is a great article that you can check out for more info:
https://return.co/4-iframe-alternatives-for-better-content-optimisation/
You can use the guide provided by my colleague to optimize your page and reduce the number of requests. Here is another guide that can be useful: https://onlinemediamasters.com/slow-wordpress-site
Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any other assistance.
Thanks.
Regarding the links in the embed, I can only put the variants available from the video source of external links.
With the other tutorials I kept trying to improve something but there are still 62 requests.
Thanks anyway.
Hello,
The requests consist of many things as suggested by my colleagues. It also contains any externally linked CSS of JS files. As you can see in the screenshot that you’ve shared, a total of 57 images, 3 JavaScript, and 2 CSS stylesheets are loaded which sum up-to 62 requests.
All the externally linked media/documents that are required/loaded upon the page load are considered in this test.
However, just to be sure that the SEO Analysis test is not being cached, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database tools > Flush SEO analysis data and Remove Rank Math Transients.
Also, clear your website and browser’s cache and re-run the SEO Analysis.
This would ensure that you’re not seeing a cached result.
Hope this helps.
Thank you.
