My non www page is not redirecting to www page - Support

As i am new to the rankmath plugin, i was working on my technical seo. while i couldn’t redirect my non www page to www page. As you mentioned in the documantation i applied instructed code on .htaccess . its is not working , i need rank well on seo, please help me to fix this

Hi,

I’m seeing error ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS when visiting the website.
As nginx edits are done from server level, the ideal solution is to ask the hosting provider to do the changes.

Please contact Namecheap support to fix the issue.

As per their communication, the only solution is to paste some code on the plugin named insert header and footer. the question is will your plugin support this, if it does not work the other solution is compatible redirection plugin. here is the screenshot of customer service i had talked with

you are not responding either. hope you don’t need any customer like us! i think the solution is uninstalling your plugin (rank math) and installing the Yoast seo. simply i trusted this as a best.

Hello,

The plugin they are talking about is : https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-headers-and-footers/
Please install the plugin and add their code.

Normally, all these requests are handled by the server people as they don’t allow root access to the server. Most of the server adds the code on their server to solve this issue. I’m really sorry but this needs to be done from server level. Also, ask them to try the code sent earlier for Nginx to see if that works or not.

That’s what i am trying to tell you, earlier code sent by you is causing loop in redirect they are unable to edit it for me.
