My licence did not update to RankMath Pro

    I just purchased the pro licence but I can’t verify that it has upgraded my licence

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    I can see in your profile account that you are now subscribed to the Business license.

    Or could you please confirm if you are referring to the plugin installed in your website?

    If so, first of all, please ensure that you have installed the Rank Math PRO plugin as you would need it together with the Free plugin.

    Please also ensure that you are using the latest version of both the Free and PRO plugin.

    Then, please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and ensure that your account is connected on this page. If not yet, please connect on the “Connect” button to activate the PRO plugin.

    You should be able to see a “PRO” or “BUSINESS” badge in your admin heading when navigating to Rank Math settings as shown on the screenshot below:
