I logged into your website’s admin area and upon checking the source of your homepage, I was able to find a No Index tag applied.
I checked the Advanced Tab of the SEO Meta Box on the Homepage and I found that the Homepage is already set to Index.
Upon further investigating, I found that you’ve enabled the “Discourage search engines from indexing this site” option from your WordPress admin area > Settings > Reading. So, I went ahead and unchecked that option and the No Index tag is now removed from your Homepage’s source.

I suggest your clear your website’s cache and remove all the sitemaps from your Google Search Console account, and then submit only the main sitemap (your-domin.com/sitemap_index.xml). Further, give Google some time to crawl your website and reflect on the changes.
